Conditions free starter kits promotion
In order to be eligible for a free starter package, the following conditions apply:
New subscription
We are giving away a free starter kit when you sign up for a new free business subscription.

Existing subscription
We are also giving away a starter pack if you switch from an existing basic business subscription to free business.
Minimum contract length
You must stay subscribed to a free subscription for at least three months. Otherwise, we will still charge you for the starter package.
Number, no starter package, expiry of the offer
Number of starter kits
Per home address we give away 1 starter kit.
Per IP address we give away 1 starter kit.
No starter kit
We can refuse an application for a free business subscription or a switch to a free business subscription without giving reasons. In that case we do not give away a starter kit.
Duration of the promotion
We can end the promotion at any time. After the end date we no longer give away free starter packs.
